Does anyone know if there is a freeware application that exists for finding hidden viruses?

I have Microsoft Security Essentials but I use Bit Torrent very frequently and my computer has been quite slow lately. I have repaired and cleaned my registry, and wiped my disk, as well as deleting half of my music library. But I have a feeling there is a small virus somewhere in my system that Security Essentials is missing...
