Questions about an online birth?

We have set up a website that has 24/7 webcam access to her as well as a blog section which her and her hubby will contribute pregnuncy updates to. On the day/eve of her babby girls delivery we will be turning on over 400 cameras spread around her home. Members will have total access. Non members will will only have access to the blog. So, how much should a membership cost? and do you think we should make it payable with paypal or just stick to credit cards?
