I'm really worried about my grandmother?

well shes been in a coma ever since she had a stoke and shed been the same for a long time, and recently shes been getting sick shes in a nursing home. thers somethingwrong with her white blood cells or something. I'm really worried how my family will react and stuff how do i deal with this?
