Can someone tell me ?

I just found out, i am not doing well in school. Midterms are in 3 weeks and grades close in 2 weeks. I know, this freshman year has been so hard on me, with the new grading system and cles. So will this 2nd quarter grade hurt me in the future of my high school years and me getting into a vet college?
