I would say if that was an honest story, then the driver of A car was responsible for the felony hit and run and double great bodily injury. I don't believe the sentence for the second case of great bodily injury should be near as large in sentence as the first because A car was secondary in the accident. I would say due to police cracking down on hit and runs A car would probably be facing 6 to 10 years, you'll probably do less than 3 with good behavior.
