I am flying Icelandic air in june will the volcanic eruption effect my flight?

Well you didn't specifiy where you were flying to but if you are actually flying to Iceland, it should be fine. The jet stream goes from West to East so all the ash is going towards mainland Europe. No one knows when the volcano may stop so most things are still up in the air... literally
