What so great about Taiwan Universities, why so many malaysians study there?

The quota imposed in local institutions is discriminating them. University of Beijing is out of question because everytime a student comes back from China, the Malaysian Stasi and Gestapo will question them. Apply to Qinghua Uni and Beijing Uni. Come back for semester holiday, the minute your smelly feet touch the soil, the Stasi and Gestapo already sent out invitation to you for some interviews. hehehe
