How painful would this tatoo be?

if you are getting the tattoo ON your ankle bone, it's going to be pretty painful. if you get the tattoo ABOVE your ankle bone, it won't be so bad. it will probably feel more like your upper back than your lower back. a small black star shouldn't take more than about 20 mins or so.
