I got a speeding ticket ( in NC if it matters) by a state trooper.. read for more details?

state trooper issued it. i was going 15 over and didnt have on a seatbelt. the fine is 150.. if i pay it i dont have to go to court.. T i dont wanna tell my parents.. soo if i just pay it with a money order to care of the cops will i be good? OR will the DMV notify my insurance company and then my parents see it on the bill?
