Im scared to tell my parents im pregnant what to do?

i know its dumb asking you guys who barely know what situation im in some of you may but oh well i kind need some help i turned 13 last week and i missed my perios last month and my boyfriends condom split while we were doing it so i got scared and got a pregnancy test of the school nurse and it was positive i wa really scared and told my boyfriend who is 14 btw and he hasnt old his mom or dad either, im scared incase the school nurse tells my mom and dad im not sure how many weeks gone i am but im really scared
