Swallowed nose spray?

I fell back as I was putting in nose spray to add moisture to my nose & it felt like I swallowed some I spit it out & Ihave a horrible taste in my mouth it contains purified water/sodium chloride .65% disodum phosphate/ phenylcarbional / monosodium phosphate/benzalkonuim chloride. Doi nerd to see a doc?
