What kind of bag is this . . . ?

I saw Grace with one on the Secret Life... it's all one piece of fabric (meaning the straps are completely attached to the bottom) and it looks like its made out of something like suede. If you know what I'm talking about please tell me what they're called and where (online) i can get them?
