Where in the U.S. Constitution is Judicial Activism implied? Federalist Papers #78?

The basic logic is that article 3 of the constitution gives the courts the powers to "interpret" the laws. It is therefore implied that if a court is called upon to interpret an unconstitutional law, it has the right to declare that it is unconstitutional.
